Volunteer Events at Your Location!

If you can’t come to RAFT we can come to you!

General information:

  • We bring a volunteer activity to your location.
  • We provide the staff and materials. You provide tables and chairs.
  • RAFT staff will share information about the organization and demonstrate kits while leading volunteers in an assembly-line kit packing event.
  • Event duration: Up to 2.5 hours.
  • One month’s notice is required.
  • Cost: $6,000 for up to 110 participants, $25 for each additional person.
  • Late event fee: $7,000 for events that end at 3:30pm and later.
  • Participants will help prepare learning resources, with a focus on Spark STEAM Kits.
  • Detailed information about onsite events at your location.

Where this fits

  • Corporate campus builds. A build station at your office, all-hands, or company volunteer day.
  • School and district events. Family STEAM nights, back-to-school events, and classroom activity days.
  • Community festivals and fairs. Staff a RAFT activity table alongside our team.
  • Partner organization events. Libraries, after-school programs, and youth organizations.

What we need from you

  • Tables, chairs, and enough floor space for your group size.
  • A loading point and someone to coordinate on the day.
  • Lead time so we can prep and transport materials.
