Your input last year led to many significant changes to improve the shopping experience at RAFT. Here’s how your feedback helped us: 

  1. Members wanted more direction within the store. So RAFT added signage throughout the store with more signs to come!
  2. Members wanted to buy more technology items for sale at RAFT. So we brought in more laptops, displays and tablets & more for our store sales. 
  3. Members love our arts & craft supplies so we expanded our selection!
  4. Last year’s initiatives are still very popular (extended hours, membership for all, curbside pickup and delivery) so we’re continuing to offer those benefits to improve your experience when shopping at RAFT.
