RAFT has 2 new kits: Paper Sunflowers and Rolling Maze. These kits are the first in a series of kits specially geared for early childhood educators (ECE) and early elementary teachers.

Paper Sunflowers

Young learners practice motor skills and blend science, art, and math to create beautiful plant models. Our new Paper Sunflowers STEAM Project Kit is an easy craft project that makes a nice greeting card or decoration!

They can use them to describe stories or share facts related to sunflowers and much more! This kit is ideal for students in grades TK-2 and is currently available in our store. Come get your Paper Sunflowers kit while supplies last!

Rolling Maze

Students create a simple maze on a flat board with barriers made from a variety of materials. They navigate the maze by gently tilting the board to move a marble along paths towards different targets, which could be hand-drawn pictures, stickers, numbers, letters, and more!

This activity is ideal for practicing gross/fine motor skills, teamwork, and social-emotional skills. It introduces young learners in grades TK-2 to science concepts of forces (pushes and pulls) and basic engineering concepts such as iteration and problem-solving. Get ready to have a ball with Rolling Maze!
